We can provide, organise or recommend a wide range of services to cover all your hospitality needs. We are a great source of practical advice and information.

Venue location
Matching your requirements to suitably selected venues in and around London. Marquees - we can organise for two carefully selected companies to offer on-site consultation and quotations for traditional canvas marquees or dome & exotic tents for weddings, garden parties or corporate functions.

Event design
For the more adventurous, our event consultant will create, produce & coordinate an artistic and imaginative team to transform your venue into a spectacular themed event, based around your requirements and their ideas and experience. A comprehensive display of props, backdrops, lighting and decorations can also be hired if you wish to create a theme and decorate your own venue.

Audio/visual
We have worked closely with a number of professional lighting and sound companies. They will be able to create any audio and/or visual effects your function may require, along with setting up and managing PR and sound systems for public speaking, bands and DJ’s. They can also provide stages and dance floors.

Hire
A wide selection of china, cutlery, glasses and linen can be supplied. We can also arrange for all your furniture needs. Pictures are available or a viewing can be organised if required for a small fee. For venues without kitchens, mobile cooking equipment can be brought in and set up in any suitable space available, with adequate power supply.

Entertainment
A wide range of professional live acts can be arranged to suit any occasion, theme or function.

DJ’s - any style, any time, anywhere from contemporary pop, 50’s rock, 70’s funk to a particular ethnic sound.
Live bands - you name it, we find it, from cabaret singers (Moulin Rouge style), 4-piece classical quartets, thumping live street jazz or Indian sitar players.
Performers - human statues (decorated bodies that come alive), magicians, characaturists, circus acts are to name but a few.

Party bars
How about a themed bar (Hawaiian, neon, sculpted ice etc) with sleek, fast moving, all smiling barmen/women to set apart your event and entertain your guests. Also available is a fantastic choice of individual ice sculptures and vodka luges. Wording and company logos can be incorporated.

Flowers
We can supply table centre pieces and bar/buffet tall vase displays. For wedding flowers and more intricate displays we can arrange for our local florist, who we work carefully with, to provide for your occasion.

Specialty cakes
All shapes, sizes, and flavours considered - available with bespoke decoration, lettering and company logos.

Staff
Our service staff are experienced, reliable and friendly professionals. The staff have a neat contemporary look wearing black trousers, open neck white or black shirts and a full length black apron.

Staff are charged out on an hourly rate, with a minimum of 4 hrs:

Staff transport
Any taxi's that are required for staff leaving events after 1100 so they return home safely and timely will be charged onto the client. Between £20.00-£30.00.
