HOW TO ORDER

You can place orders by clicking the ’Order Now’ link above, by email order@alistair-hugo.com or by fax on 020 8735 4059. Please state each item, quantities, date, time & address of delivery with a contact name and number - we will in turn send you a confirmation of your order. If we have not confirmed your order by email or fax then please call for confirmation. If at any stage you need to discuss your order, then please call us for advice, although we will still need to receive an email, fax or online order.

How to pay
If you have opened a credit account we shall invoice you accordingly. Otherwise we accept all major credit cards (Please call to process the transaction) Or we shall require payment by cash or Company cheque on delivery. All prices exclude VAT.

Ordering conditions

  • Orders need to be placed by 4.30pm the previous day, for next day delivery. If you need to place an order after 4.30pm, please ring to confirm that we can cater for your needs.
  • Please note we cannot accept orders for morning pastries or certain breads after this time.
  • There is a minimum order of £30.00 per delivery.
  • A £1.00 congestion/fuel supplement charge will be added to each delivery
  • We require 48 hours notice for canapés and cold or hot buffet orders.
  • All orders can be delivered between 7.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday. For delivery times outside of these hours please call to confirm.
  • If you wish to place an order for the weekend please call to confirm availability.
  • If you place an order on behalf of another company you are responsible for the payment, otherwise they must place the order themselves and open a credit account or pay on delivery.
  • Cancellation: 48hrs notice is required to cancel your order, otherwise between 50%-100% of the full cost will be charged.

How will your order be delivered

  • Our food is presented on white ceramic platters and bowls, just remove the cling film and they are ready to serve. Alternatively a range of lightweight presentable plastic platters and bowls with fitted lids can berequested. There is a £5.00 charge for this service for each order.
  • Serving utensils and paper napkins are provided with every order. Paper plates, plastic cups and cutlery can also be requested at no extra charge. For equipment hire including crockery, cutlery, glasses etc see extra services.
  • On request we can also deliver the platters in large cool bags to keep your order fresh for up to 4 hours. They can be booked for early delivery, storing food for uncertain meeting times or locations when no refrigeration is available.
  • Hot fork buffet dishes are delivered in insulated hot boxes. We will provide a hot plate for each dish to maintain heat during service. These need to be plugged in to a socket and take approx 10 minutes to warm up.
  • All service equipment and any hired equipment will be collected the following day, so you must have a safe & secure area to store this equipment. You will be charged for any loss or damage.
