ABOUT US

Alistair and Hugo are old school friends going back to 1984. They maintained close contact throughout their early twenties before setting up Alistair-Hugo catering and events in December 2000.

Before that...

Alistair    

Alistair started off principally working front of house in restaurants around the world. Before Alistair-Hugo he worked for Mustard Catering, a top rate caterer who’s corporate and private clients are from the most exclusive market share in London. He joined the operations department, organising and setting up large scale events in both public and private venues.

 
Hugo    

Hugo embarked on a two year professional chef’s diploma at Westminster College before going on to renowned restaurants here in the UK and abroad. For four years he worked as head chef for Tom Conran restaurants in West London, before embarking upon the new challenge of running his own business.
